Josina has been working in the field of team and leadership development for over 15 years in roles ranging from a team facilitator to manager of customer-designed executive education programs at the University of New Hampshire’s Paul College of Business.
She is principal of Constellation Consulting, a firm focused on interpersonal skill development of leaders and teams. Her areas of interest and expertise include: Emotional Intelligence, teaming, launching teams, and various areas of positive psychology as related to performance in the workplace.
Josina holds a BA in Experiential Learning (focusing on outdoor, adventure education) and an MA in Leadership Development, both from the University of New Hampshire. As part of her graduate studies she analyzed scholarly research on Emotional Intelligence in the workplace and since then has integrated the concepts in her work with faculty designing executive education institutes, leadership development programs and workshops for students and professionals. She is certified in the Bar-On EQi self-assessment, a tool for individuals to assess and develop their Emotional Intelligence; Behavior Styles Instrument; and the Belbin Team Roles Assessment.
When she is not working with teams and leaders, she is focused on being with her family, playing outside as often as possible. She relishes quiet moments with a cup of good strong coffee and an interesting business/management book!
