Tony Bennae Richard is a change agent and disabled veteran who served the United States Navy for twenty-four years as a hospital corpsman, healthcare administrator, and Organizational Development consultant. He has led, designed, and participated in numerous leadership, organizational change, organizational equity and inclusion, and change experiences. Focusing his energies towards the social justice arena, he collaborates with organizational leaders and their teams to co-create and deliver interventions that leave participants affirmed, challenged, changed and able to see endless possibilities.
With degrees in healthcare management, education, and doctoral studies at Fielding Graduate University, he continues his learning experiences through the Center for Human Systems, the Institute for Cultural Affairs, National Training Laboratories for Applied Behavioral Sciences, the Gestalt Center for Organization and Systems Development, and the Rockwood Institute.
He has two wonderful adult children, LaShele and Tony II, and two beautiful, brilliant and energetic grand boys, Ian and Laylon.
